The office is responsible for all organizational things which the prisoners concern.
The different direct dialings are responsible for the initial letters of the surname of the prisoner.

By the transfers is to be respected to it the "intended purpose" the name, given name, date of birth as well as the purpose of the payment contains.

In the different custody houses there are different visiting times.

The inmate can be visited on Saturday or Sunday / holiday in the custody house Senne

It is only possible to visit your relative once a week.

On Saturdays in the time from 11.00 o'clock to 17.00 o'clock or
Sunday / holiday in the time from 10.00 o'clock to 17.00 o'clock

No registration is necessary. There should be no more than three people to visit.

The inmates in the custody house Ummeln agree with the institution on a visit appointment. The visitors themselves are informed by the imprisoned himself about the visiting time.

The visitors are able to get to visit on the week-end or on Friday in the time from
09.30 o'clock are carried out till 16.00 o'clock.

Up to the maximum amount of three visitors are allowed.

Defenders or authority representatives can visit the imprisoned also during the week. These should be announced by themselves at the institution at least two days before the appointment will take place under the following telephone number:

Information for visitors with physical interferences:
The custody house SENNE offers two parking bays suitable for the handicapped. A toilet suitable for the handicapped as well as the entrance itself.

In front of the custody house Ummeln are to two handicapped parking bays. Wheel chair drivers or walking-handicapped visitors can enter the institution without any problems, because the access to the custody house and to the visitor's space is ground-level. In the visitor's space as well as in the management are available a toilet suitable for the handicapped.

If you want to visit an inmate in an AUSSENSTELLE you will have to contact the AUSSENSTELLE itself to make an appointment.

Information for Selbststeller:
Selbststeller should appear at best soberly and without influence of anaesthetics to the beginning of the penal .In addition the following is required:

• the load to the penal beginning
• Identity card

If the future inmate does not have enough money for the transfer itself to the prison you have the possibility to go to the nearest one and they will take care of you.

Because the size of the rooms is limited no unwieldy objects should be brought.

Mobile phones are prohibited!

Electrical appliances also may not be brought tothe beginning of the penal.

Because the prison is an institution of the open execution, it is allowed to wear free time clothing wherin working clothes will be provided by the prison itself.

To avoid waiting periods the SELBSTSTELLER should come within the time from 8 to 4 pm.

Because the prisoners are accommodated in the branch offices they have the right do to what they want in their free time as well as they have the right to go outside or on vacation.

For better integration after the penalty into the working process, the institution depends on employers who are ready to occupy the inmates in their companies themselves where they can work in their profession.
